We provide sheet metal cutting in Denver & sheet metal shearing services for all types of flat sheets.  Steel, Galvanized, Carbon Plate, Stainless Steel Sheet and Aluminum Sheet. We have three large sheet metal shears in our facility that will cut flat sheet metal with ease. Additional metal cutting equipment includes circle cutting and notching equipment.

SHEET METAL SHEARING EQUIPMENT AND CAPABILITIES:

• Piranha 1/4″ x 10′-0″-  This shear can cut 1/4″ -10′ steel, 3/16″ – 10′ stainless, or 1/4″ aluminum plate. The front operated digital 36″ electronic back gauge makes it easy to adjust cutting dimension. This machine is our main shear as it is very fast to set up and operate.  It is hydraulic powered with adjustable stroke. This shear also has a 5′ squaring arm for blanking operations.
• Cincinnati 3/16″ x 14′-0″-  This shear can cut 3/16″ steel, 1/8″ stainless steel or 3/16″ aluminum plate but can cut parts in lengths up to 14′-0″ (168″)  We use this shear to manufacture specific parts that require longer parts than the 10′ shear can cut. This shear is mechanically operated with a front operated power back gauge.
• Niagara 1/4″ x 12′-0″-  This shear can cut 1/4″ -12′ steel, 3/16″ – 12′ stainless, or 1/4″ aluminum plate. The front operated 32″ back gauge makes it easy to adjust cutting dimension. It is hydraulic powered with adjustable stroke. This shear also has a 10′ squaring arm for blanking operations.
